Philippines via third-party shipping service.

Do you accept refunds?

Partial refunds will only be given if your order is incomplete or damaged due to an error on my part. Also, refunds will not be given for cancelled orders, especially if they've already been shipped. Damages due to transit/courier mishandling will not be refunded either. 

What do I do if my package was returned to seller?

Please make sure to monitor your order as I have no means of contacting your local post office. If your order has been returned to me, I will contact you and you can choose to either get a refund (minus the shipping fee) or resend it (you will have to shoulder the shipping fee again).

What if my package got lost in transit?

Once your package has been shipped, it is out of my hands. I will try my best to contact the courier to help locate your lost package but I cannot be held responsible for situations that are out of my control.

Do you have a shipping schedule?

Since I'm running the shop by myself, I don't have a set shipping schedule. Regardless, I will try my best to ship orders of on-hand items in batches every other week. If there are any delays, I will make sure to announce it on twitter.
