- Order changes are not allowed once paid.
- Order cancellations are not allowed once the order has been shipped out.
- Buyer will shoulder the delivery fee if an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address so please double check that your information is correct/complete before placing an order.
- Orders that are damaged in transit due to mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, I will not be held responsible for situations out of my hands such as delayed deliveries or unexpected taxes/fees in your country.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
- If I am unable to ship to your country for whatever reason, I will let you know and refund/cancel your order.
